Neck Lift

This procedure can be performed by itself, but it is usually part of a facelift. The incisions are hidden under the chin and around the ears. Excess skin and fat are removed and the platysma muscle of the neck is repaired. The remaining skin is pulled tight giving a more youthful appearance. Performed by itself, this surgery lasts about 2 ½ hours.
