Facelift (Rhutidectomy)
Sun exposure, age, gravity and daily stress can all have an effect on your face. A facelift is one way to reverse the effects of time. The incisions are hidden around the ear and in the hairline. During the procedure, the facial muscles are tightened, excess fat is removed and the facial skin is readjusted. Excess hanging skin can be removed from the neck and jowls.
The surgery takes approximately 3 ½ hours. Sometimes other procedures, such as eyelid surgery, can complement a facelift and are performed in combination with it.
